From light upkeep to full resets and ongoing care, we’ll help guide you toward the service that best fits your space and expectations.

We offer the following service levels:

  • Diamond Standard Clean our flagship bi-weekly maintenance service
  • Platinum Reset a comprehensive top-to-bottom reset
  • Gold Detailed Clean enhanced, detail-focused care
  • Silver Care light maintenance for well-kept homes
  • Home Watch & Property Care routine oversight for seasonal and absentee homes

Each service is thoughtfully designed to provide the right level of care without unnecessary overlap.

Yes. Our most popular option is Diamond Standard Clean, offered on a bi-weekly schedule.
This service provides consistent maintenance with our signature rotating detail focus, keeping your home polished and well cared for year-round.

Yes. We provide Home Watch and light property care services for seasonal residents, snowbirds, and absentee homeowners.

Home Watch visits include routine visual inspections and peace-of-mind oversight while you’re away. Services can be customized and scheduled on their own or coordinated alongside cleaning services.

No. Many of our clients are not home during their scheduled visits.
We work with keys, lockboxes, garage codes, or concierge access, and every home is treated with care, respect, and discretion.

Yes. Luxe Life Property Services is fully bonded and insured for your peace of mind.

Yes. We provide all professional-grade, eco-conscious cleaning products and equipment.
If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities, we’re happy to discuss accommodations when possible.

Yes. We love referrals and value long-term client relationships.

Active Diamond Standard Clean clients enrolled in bi-weekly service may qualify for a complimentary cleaning when referring a new client.

How it works:

  • You must be an active bi-weekly Diamond Standard client
  • You refer a new client to Luxe Life Property Services
  • The referred client enrolls in bi-weekly Diamond Standard Clean
  • After the referred client completes three successful cleanings, you receive one complimentary cleaning

This program is designed to reward loyalty while maintaining consistency and service quality.

Absolutely. We are happy to work in pet-friendly homes.
For everyone’s comfort, we ask that pets are secured if they may be anxious or protective during service.

We understand that plans change. We ask for reasonable notice when adjustments are needed and will do our best to accommodate schedule changes whenever possible.

To maintain our quality standards and ensure a safe, consistent service, there are a few services we do not provide:
  • Hoarding, biohazard, mold remediation, or hazardous cleanups
  • Cleaning of pet waste or litter boxes
  • Dishwashing or laundry services
  • Work in unsafe or inaccessible areas (roofs, attics, high exterior windows, etc.)
Additional services such as moving heavy furniture or specialty tasks may be accommodated upon request and may require prior approval and a signed liability waiver.
We cannot guarantee results on surfaces that are permanently damaged or stained.
